I watch the market, style and design of homes to help ensure we are using the most cost efficient and popular items that homeowners are looking for today. To help ensure we are bringing the best product to market we also look at location, structure and surrounding inventory, it all adds to the complete picture of what it will take to move the property and increase profits.
